What is included in the platform fee?
The platform fee covers dashboard, CRM, automation builder, team inbox, AI chatbot and all core features. WhatsApp conversation charges are separate and billed via prepaid wallet.
How are Meta message charges calculated?
Meta charges per message: Marketing ₹0.8631, Utility ₹0.1150, Authentication ₹0.1183. Service messages (user-initiated) ₹0.1150. All rates exclude GST.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes! Change plans anytime. Upgrades give immediate access. Downgrades take effect from the next billing cycle with pro-rata adjustments.
Do you support international currencies?
Yes! Our pricing page has a built-in currency converter supporting USD, AED, GBP, EUR, AUD, CAD and SGD. Billing happens in the selected currency.
Is there a setup fee?
No setup fees for WhatsApp API plans. Business tools (ERP, CRM, POS, Ecommerce Store) have one-time setup + yearly subscription. Custom integrations are optional.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, bank transfers. International clients can pay in USD, AED, GBP, EUR, AUD, CAD and SGD.
